The next Seattle BPPM meeting is next Thursday, May 10. It is a breakfast meeting at the Allen
Institute (CORRECTED ADDRESS: 551
N. 34th Street, Suite 200, Seattle, WA 98103). Please RSVP on the form to the right if you have not done so already.
Networking will start at 7:30 am and the program with
panelists will begin at 8:15 am.
The title is “Managing Academic Partnerships and Co-Development”.
Carol Thompson will facilitate and she has arranged 3 panelists for the event:
- Susan Sunkin, Ph.D., Scientific Program Manager, Allen Institute for Brain Science. She will speak about academic partnerships in the context of the Allen Institute.
- Lance Stewart, Ph.D., Alliances, Allen Institute for Brain Science, and Founder, Emerald Biostructures. He will speak about academic partnerships from the perspective of Emerald Biostructures.
- Jennifer Newman, Program Manager, Cancer Research and Biostatics. She will speak about Co-development projects.
