Parking: 

There is parking in the building, access off Union St ($20 for 2 hrs, $22 for 3 hrs).  Also parking at City Target on 2^nd Ave ($12 for 3 hrs, free with purchase, opens at 6am).  Various other paid parking in the vicinity.
